Every IdeaBloom order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

Don't have your tracking number? Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout — you'll see all your orders and their tracking, no password needed.
How it works
- Order confirmed — you get a confirmation email right after checkout.
- Processing (1–3 business days) — we prepare and pack your order.
- Shipped — you receive a "Your order is on the way" email with your tracking number and link.
- On its way (usually 7–15 business days) — your parcel travels to you; tracking updates as it moves.
- Delivered — enjoy!
Good to know
- ⏳ Tracking may show few updates for the first 2–7 days. This is normal while your parcel travels internationally — it will update once it is scanned by the local carrier.
- 🔁 Your parcel may be handed over to a local carrier (such as USPS) for final delivery. The same tracking number usually keeps working.
- 📬 Can't find our shipping email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
- 📦 Items from one order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
